When you visit this site
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To deliver a page, the hosting servers necessarily process technical data your browser sends:
- your IP address
- the date and time of the request
- the page requested and the page you came from
- your browser and operating system
This data is used to deliver the site and keep it secure, and it may appear in the hosting provider’s server logs. We don’t combine it with other data or use it to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google may process data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Its fonts, scripts and images are all served from haniradinstudio.com itself, so your browser doesn’t contact any other company while you read it. The only exception is when you follow a link to another site, such as mitlesen.com, Google Play or the App Store; their own privacy policies apply there.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer you. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where it relates to a contract such as your subscription) or our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our mailbox is provided by Google. We delete messages when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17)
- restrict how we use it (Art. 18)
- receive it in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
To use any of these rights, email us. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
Changes
If this site starts handling data differently, we will update this page and its effective date.
